From +1 to +6
We’re about there at +1. To get to +6 we need to wait for a few more decades. Between one and six, there’s two, three, four, and five. Every extra degree, a tiny step towards hell. The world economic crisis is a great opportunity to change and to stop in front of the chasm. Capitalism has failed. Democracies killed. The world consumed. It’s not possible to found a society just on capital alone. Anyone possessing it gets into power. The vote is an illusion. A labourer will never become the President of the Council. A rich P2-guy will do instead. A farm-worker will never be the mayor of Milan, Letizia Moratti, wife of an oil baron, gets there instead. Regime information deals with dwarves, psycho-dwarves, fascists and lega people sold to the one who offers the most (it’s always the same guy), with incinerators and incentives to banks and to Fiat. Meanwhile the planet is warming up, one degree at a time.
It’s worth reminding ourselves about what is about to happen and what is happening now. One thing I’m certain about. Our offspring and their offspring will never forgive us.
+ 1: Melting of the Arctic – Disappearance of Kilimanjaro’s glaciers – Shrinking of the main glaciers from the Alps to Tibet – Start of the destruction of the Great Barrier Reef – Extinction of hundreds of species – Increase in the number and the intensity of hurricanes – Rise in sea level with numerous atolls being submerged, including the archipelago of Kiribati with 78,000 people.
+ 2: Reduction in the degree of alkalinity of the seas with the gradual destruction of plankton and of organisms whose shells are made of calcium carbonate (plankton is at the base of the food chain in the ocean) – A drop in the growth of plants in Europe by up to 30% - Melting of the glaciers in Greenland – Disappearance of the Polar Bear – Famine in India and Pakistan.
+ 3: Disappearance of the Amazon basin and the rain forests – Desertification of Australia – Super-hurricanes in North America – Permanent drought in the continent of India because of a change in the monsoons - Indo and Colorado dry out - New York and other coastal towns submerged by water – Development of epidemics in Africa.
+ 4: Melting of the Antarctic – the Nile Delta submerged by the sea – Famine in China – Mass migration towards temperate countries like Russia and Europe.
+ 5: Expansion of the deserts – Drying up of the aquifers – Increase in mass migration – Possible disintegration of the continental shelves – Tsunami – Civil wars and ethnic conflicts for resources.
+ 6: Possible outpouring of hydro sulphuric acid from the oceans – Clouds of methane. Poisoning of the surface of the earth. Disappearance of a good part of the vegetation. Drastic reduction in the population.
These disasters could happen by 2100.
Crikey. I feel bad. I never want to produce another particle of CO2.
There’s something we can do straight away. Print out and give out the Florence Charter. The twelve points for a 5 star town. We have to start with something, let’s start with our town.
PS. Forecasts taken from the book: “Six Degrees” by Mark Lynas, winner of the "Royal Society Science Books Prize" in Great Britain in 2008.

What is composed Italy.
Italy is composed of many small units mentally close to a conglomerate in increasingly narrow areas inundated with cement and iron frequencies and smog.
This part italica drags other mental units, the few who live in places where the worldly life slows down and stimulates the mind ..
Italy is composed of mental units that face and compare them on time are assaulted by speeches like this:
"because you do not want nuclear power, like you turn on the light in the evening, you do not want the termovalorizzazione, the whole world because of the bridges we must not do so then all these people what to do? We need to invent to work.
This is the result of mind.
A seed corn for years and years and what it collects?
Only mental garbage.
The blame for this rubbish is due mainly mental media from newspapers which do not offer ideas and opportunities other than the cement and the game dell'atomo.
Blame +1 +2 +3 ... also stems from a bad habit of each individual citizen, but especially from all Group leadership - political leadership of the country.
Italy is the only state where all distuggono managers and in return are rewarded with good outputs and laute card exemption and civil convictions, we must remove the sign "the law is equal for all" is a great outlet for bottoms to citizens.
Driver assumes a country that has excellent qualities are chosen to meet strict tests, this logic should earn so much, the world does business with healthy this rule.
In Italy we have to have thousands of political super-manager paid that produce anything good premier and a guide who goes out with cement logic the only key to exit from the crisis ...
Too ridiculous I find this simple solution, the difference and that I do not gain as you, because then you have to earn so much?
One is paid in proportion to its proper capacity.
Those in government have something special? I will tell you NOTHING.
the rest of the world from what is made?

This is why the green movement in Italy just made disasters.

Bullshit, the planet is cooling down. Get your facts right!

Apparently, we’re headed into an ice age of about 100,000 years — give or take. As for CO2 levels, core samples show conclusively they follow the earth’s temperature rise, not lead it.
It turns out CO2 fluctuations follow the change in sea temperature. As water temperatures rise, oceans release additional dissolved CO2 — like opening a warm brewsky.
To think, early last year, liberals suggested we spend 45 trillion dollars and give up five million jobs to fix global warming. But there is good news: now that we don’t have to spend any of that money, we can give it all to the banks.

Dr. Kunihiko, Chancellor of Japan’s Institute of Science and Technology said this: “CO2 emissions make absolutely no difference one way or the other … every scientist knows this, but it doesn’t pay to say so.” Now why would a learned man say such a crazy thing?
This is where the looney left gets lost. Their mantra is atmospheric CO2 levels are escalating and this is unquestionably causing earth’s temperature rise. But ask yourself — if global temperatures are experiencing the biggest sustained drop in decades, while CO2 levels continue to rise — how can it be true?

The earth’s temperature peaked in 1998. It’s been falling ever since; it dropped dramatically in 2007 and got worse in 2008, when temperatures touched 1980 levels.
Meanwhile, the University of Illinois’ Arctic Climate Research Center released conclusive satellite photos showing that Arctic ice is back to 1979 levels. What’s more, measurements of Antarctic ice now show that its accumulation is up 5 percent since 1980.
In other words, during what was supposed to be massive global warming, the biggest chunks of ice on earth grew larger. Just as an aside, do you remember when the hole in the ozone layer was going to melt Antarctica? But don’t worry, we’re safe now, that was the nineties.

At December’s U.N. Global Warming conference in Poznan, Poland, 650 of the world’s top climatologists stood up and said man-made global warming is a media generated myth without basis. Said climatologist Dr. David Gee, Chairman of the International Geological Congress, “For how many years must the planet cool before we begin to understand that the planet is not warming?”
I asked myself, why would such obviously smart guy say such a ridiculous thing? But it turns out he’s right.
