It seems Italy's penal system is akin to penal systems run by dictatorial regimes. Too many inmates die in Italy's jails. And most of the bodies returned to mothers and fathers show signs of physical abuse so severe that it makes one wonder whether torture was applied. Italians don't seem too upset about it all. Those deaths are out and out human rights abuses and a national disgrace. Parliamentary hearings should be set up and media should empahsize the seriousness of those deaths. In the States every police cruiser is equipped with a video camera so as to record any incident that might happen when an officer stops a vehicle. Prison officers have video cameras pinned on their shirts. This method protects both officer and citizen providing transparency on how they relate to one another. I hope Castelli takes all of the above as mere suggestion.

P.S. Castelli should know that while the people of Milan were working hard the Southerners were working even harder at jobs the good Milanese refused to do. Live and learn, Minister.

UN meeting on Clime .The chiefs of the Countries of the world (and also the scholars) have met now we will see what they are good (or not ) for. How intelligent they are and their good will.

Let `s cross fingers and hope the best.For good and not evil they to work ,in favour also of those little children who ignore all this happening, and also in favour fof that tiny bird up there . May the chiefs of the governs of the world NOT to speak invain of be endlessly arrogant, selfish, ignorant and totally fool.

Let `s pray our own (everybody having own faith,or at last an ideal of good,others should have, all together prai. Let `s pray our Sacre simbols of love and life to be erspected for all humas and oother species and the eelmens being in balance, in harmony, to return being in harmony.

To help them to make a better use of their intelligence, to be serious not quacks.
