Italy in the mirror
(1:12)
Dell'Utri has been sentenced to 7 years on Appeal. For some time he’s been a senator so as not to end up in prison (appointed by the psycho-dwarf and not by the citizens). The next level of judgement (the “Cassazione”) does not decide on the substance, just on the form. Thus, as regards the substance, Dell'Utri is guilty according to the Italian system of justice. If Dell'Utri stays at large and continues to get the salary and the benefits of a parliamentarian and the people of Italy don’t bat an eyelid, then the one who is right is Marcello, the founder, the trainer and the brains behind “Forza Italia” when he defined the multiple killer Mangano to be a hero! And Berlusconi is also right to define us as “coglioni” {arseholes} and Minchiolini is right to do a TV News broadcast on Dell'Utri’s absolution. For a matter of equity, all the prisoners who are serving a sentence up to 7 years have to be released. PDL and PDminusL could organise an ad hoc summer amnesty like they did in 2006, another bipartisan law “ad delinquentes”. At the next election it’ll be possible to organise a raffle with all the names of the scoundrels who have been released. The people whose names are extracted will then become deputies and senators of the Republic. A parliament of former-convicts, an across-the board party of scratch-card liberty. An ideal continuation of the current parliament full of definitively convicted convicts, at the first or second level or under investigation. What’s the level of “putting up with it” of this country? Is there a country? Has someone stayed at home? A country in which the newspapers are talking about gagging laws for months when it is they that have gagged themselves with interviews on their knees to the “bibliophile” Dell'Utri, to the “honourable” Dell'Utri. I would like to send a message of solidarity to the Federazione Nazionale Stampa Italiana {Trades Union of Italian Journalists}: “Give us back the money from our taxes with which you print the daily lies and shame on you, repent, put a pointy hat on your head bearing the wording: "Venduti"{sold}"
Sometimes you wonder if it’s sensible to oppose the degradation of a people (Dell'Utri is just a symptom, as is Berlusconi) and what needs doing to reawaken the people. You look at yourself in the mirror, older, more angry, more disillusioned. You think about leaving everything and going away. To a civilised country where a person convicted of external collaboration with the mafia would be sent away from any public position. He would be in prison. Avoided by everyone. Remember Borsellino, who knew that he was condemned to death. And you ask who made him do it. Thoughts like that. Thoughts of people who can see the growth of indifference and the indolence of the Italians in the face of any rape of democracy. The Italians are the guilty ones, not all of them, but certainly the absolute majority. They deserve what they have and perhaps even more.

Dear Kay, may be I’ve got the answer: it’s the election Italian law, who gives the majority deserve to the first Party, but every Italian knows that the first Party in Italy is “no-vote” Party; in fact, 30% Italians didn’t vote at the last election day! Regards, Lucy

Italians voted these people in. Therefore they get what they deserve. However, NO ONE I know admits to voting for Berlusconi! I gave up reading La Repubblicca because it too is just a lot of negativsm. And Grillos rants are not an answer either! So what is tha answer really?
