Lega and cement

tosi_tunnel.jpg

"Torricelle tunnel and northern ring road. This was the key point in Flavio Tosi‘s electoral programme in 2009. Even though the project had 9.000 signatures opposing it and many town planners expressed their doubts about this project, the cabinet of the city of Verona went ahead anyway. The northern ring road would complete the circular road around the city and it would provide a route for the traffic flowing north of the city centre. A total length of 13 km, with two lanes in each direction. It’s just a shame that that is the hilly area called “Torricelle”. The “Beverly Hills” of Verona. What’s the solution? Tunnel under the hills! Make two tunnels each 2.5 km long. What’s more, this toll road will use up half of the area devoted to agriculture. It seems quite likely that the bits of land near the city will then become eligible for building. The cost of the project is enormous: about 1,000.000,000.00 euro all with project financing. The invitation to tender was won by an “Associazione Temporanea d’Impresa” {Temporary Association of Companies} made up of these companies: Technital, Girpa (already gone bust), Simmon fiduciaria S.p.A., Finnat fiduciaria S.p.A. And that’s not all. Alongside these, there’s also “Verona Infrastrutture” made up of the following companies: Mazzi Costruzioni that looks as though it is heading for serious economic difficulties, Cordioli, SOVECO S.p.A., Gianantonio Parolini (source: Corriere del Veneto).
Given the enormous cost, what’s needed is some company that can support the massive financial burden. That company is Mantovani S.p.A. whose managing director, Piergiorgio Baita has recently been arrested for dodging taxes amounting to 10,000,000.00 euro. This gigantic company, has won the main contracts (using project financing) for the North East of Italy for example: the MOSE project to protect Venice from flooding, the hospital in Mestre, the motorway bypassing Mestre. It’s one of the companies working on the new Nogara motorway from Nogara going towards the Adriatic, the “Pedemontana Veneta”, the SITAVE (System of bypass roads in the region of Veneto) and also EXPO 2015 in Milan. Among those arrested, there was Giancarlo Galan’s former secretary and the CEO of Adria Infrastrutture S.p.A., Claudia Minutillo. According to those carrying out the investigations, it is thought that these two might be involved in a system for issuing and passing on false invoices together with a third protagonist, namely William Colombelli of San Marino, the owner of a consultancy company and according to the investigators, the sums of money are not thought to be for tax evasion but for paying kickbacks.

...

We believe that this project has to be stopped. It’s a shocking waste of land. It doesn’t resolve any traffic problem, in fact, quite the opposite, it increases traffic. It costs too much and it means that the local authorities are exposed to being infiltrated and subject to speculation against which, as yet, they are not able to defend themselves." Alessandro Gennari, M5S Verona

STOP to the Secret Vote, keeping responsability

I'd like to have a president who has made cultural growth to the country, which was not a slave to political parties and movements, which have suffered from the war, which has a broad vision, representing every honest citizen and worker, who can speak with the other Presidents without an interpreter, I would like a person who would understand ....... I would like Margherita Hack as President of the Italian Republic

Dear Claudio,
correct, but they have the first duty:
deliver on the promises signed with the M5S.
cordiality

Dear everybody, i would advice to let them in charge to gain their strength within a peaceful sphere, the more comments we are adding to this blog and the less possibility they will have to take the right decision. Let them work and do understand the complexity of this particular moment, its a positive sign of freedom too!
Con Amore, Claudio
PS: The media are mentioning too often Beppe's name without taking in consideration the facts: Beppe is a voice, only a voice that had the capacity to reach all of us, behind that there is a reality made by Us!!!

ATTENTION - ATTENTION

Dear Beppe, we must expect the signing of this simple amendment:

As the newly elected M5S I am proud to represent and to devote all my strength to the execution of the political agenda in parliament.
I'll keep my promise signed with the M5S, and I confirm that I am able to bear the great responsibility assumed.
no deviation from the programs and commitments.

one is as good as one.

Otherwise, we would expect their own resignation, spontaneous and necessary for compliance with all M5S activists, and especially for voters.

Beppe, keep aligned the elected candidates

Welcome to Italy!
The surreal against the standard.
Where the standard is surreal
and the surreal is standard.

Check out the Berlusconi parliamentarians standing outside a Milan court...

... and compare this to Beppe Grillo riding the 'waves'.

Some ride the waves, and others just sink....even deeper.

You Italian, there are eminent records. The original ‘Don Quixote’ had a spurious duplicate by fellow called Avellaneda: Putnam wrote this forgery was “one of the most disgraceful performances in history.” It is masterpieces’ fate.

Dear Pellegrino,
In civilized countries people pay taxes. When Italians start to pay taxes? You can pay your loans if you start pay taxes. Italy mafiabudget is 530 000 000 000 euros.

Dear Beppe Grillo,

Rise and rise again until lambs become lions!

If there were a time when you, Casaleggio and the M5S did not give up, now is the moment.

On Rai 3 at this moment 00:42 sunday night - there is a ridiculous programme about the Grillini.

Basically it gives the impression that there is a hunt on for the elected Grillini.
In the streets when they go for a pizza, etc.
Not in a violent way - but for your newely elected parliamentarians - probably not very pleasant.

Unless I am mistaken, people such as Pivetti, Santanchè and all the rest of the merry band had bodyguards, state cars and police protecting them even before they set foot in parliament for the first time.

Obviously giving your neo-elected Grillini any visible protection would only set the media off in a very bad way.

But your Grillini must be under GREAT pressure and you cannot leave them on their own.

Under this pressure, do not be surprised if they understandably think about defecting or other.

I also realize that you yourself must be under a gigantic strain after all the work and effort you have done, and I guess you knew this as you went along - that now the success of the M5S is also up to people who you cannot vouch for 100%.

And I would not blame you if you threw in the towel now, and Italy would only realize in six months what a great occasion you have tried to offer them.

Good luck - che crepa il lupo !

Me!

Dear Beppe,
"Some hungry hyenas who had seen the skins soaked in the water of a river, unable to grasp them, settled between them of to drink all the water first, to be able to get to them. But he ended up killed by dint of drinking before coming to our skins" Esopo

So there are men who, in the hope of gain, fatigue undertake dangerous and, before reaching their goal, will deteriorate

Beppe, keep aligned the elected candidates
