The M5S is cutting their own salaries, perhaps the PD will too: #BersaniFalliFirmare
The parliamentary income of the citizen spokesperson of the MoVimento 5 Stelle {5 Star MoVement} will be 5 thousand euro gross a month, instead of 11,283 euro gross received by all the other parliamentarians. The rest of the money will be left with the State together with the solidarity cheque (or the one for the end of the term of office). That’s not news. The M5S has already done this in the regions where it is participating, like in Sicily. Thanks to the M5S, the saving for the State coffers will be more than 12 million a year. If every parliamentarian were to follow the M5S’s example, the annual saving would be about 70 million or 350 million for the whole term of office. I am appealing to the parties, in particular the party with the greatest number of parliamentarians: the PD. Let Bersani get this document signed by the 468 PD parliamentarians. The parliamentarians that decide to reduce their own salary will get a mention on the blog. The correct Italy starts here. We’re expecting lots of people to sign up to this, at least more than one.
#BersaniFalliFirmare {Bersani get them to sign}!
Invite Bersani to get the PD parliamentarians to sign and produce savings amounting to millions of euro: Tweet with the hash tag "#BersaniFalliFirmare"
PS: The M5S parliamentarians will however have the right to receive other types of reimbursement of expenditure including the daily sum to reimburse expenditure for staying in Rome, reimbursement of expenditure for carrying out parliamentary duties, an amount for travel expenses, an annual sum for telephone expenses and for pensions based on contributions. Every item of expenditure will however, have to be supported with documentation and published online.

Beppe keep doing work to change Italy and with it Europe. Today the Banksters announced in Cyprus to steal the money from Bank accounts to pay to the Banksters in Brussels their saved monies.
We need you to be around to keep this crooks finally behind bars. Money is the product of an evil domain controlling the poor that is not right. Anyone in this world must have a happy future and help to survive fairly.

Following the Supreme Court decision to detain the Italian Ambassador in India and to request the handing over of two Italian Marines for trial in India after the death of two Keralan Fishermen while they were patrolling on anti-piracy duty I contacted the Italian Ambassador on a related matter. My fiancee Irom Sharmila Chanu has been an amnesty international acknowledged political prisoner in India for the past twelve years detained without trial. She is seeking the repeal of AFSPA which grants immunity to all Indian soldiers from prosecution for all crimes from rape, gang rape, kidnapping and murder while they patrol disturbed areas of India. I have asked the Italian Ambassador to send a representative to view her trial the next date is 22 May 2013. I am not saying it is wrong for soldiers to face trial for crimes. The uniform should not absolve them from criminal responsibility. I am asking the people of Italy to seek that Indian Soldiers who rape and murder face the possibility of trial in an Indian Criminal Court. This was also one of the recommendations of the Justice Verma Commission which reported in January 2013 this year. I know you are a clown sir but if you are prepared to take this matter up with the Indian People as a representative of the Italian people I should be grateful. I am a British Citizen British Passport No 504778669 and therefore also a citizen of europe but that doesn't appear to grant me any right to appeal to any other member state so those who worry about a federal europe can relax. The British are too keen on arms sales to assist. If it is of benefit to point out the hypocrisy of the Indian Government and its Supreme Court you may do so to protect your own marines but I hope you will join with those who seek justice and encourage the Indian Government to protect its own citizens from its own troops where their courts have jurisdiction and allow the Italian Courts to prosecute their own soldiers given that the crimes they accuse the marines of took place in international waters . If you could request a member of your Mission in Delhi to attend the show trial of the political prisoner Irom Sharmila Chanu next trial date 22 May 2013 at the Delhi Patiala District & Sessions Court no 4 at least they would have a chance to witness the Indian justice system at first hand before coming to a decision on how fair the judge might be against two of their soldiers.

CARO BEPPE: THIS IS THE RIGHT MOMENT: the financial-networking and political structure of the major Italian parties can be finally sent for final destruction and recycling. The system of these parties and their money-burning satelites (the personal states within the state, such as ENEL, ENI, INPS, UNIONS,RAI, NHS et cet. that have acted as surrogate safe heavens and salary-providers for politicians) should be shattered and allocated back to their specific social missions. The post-communist Democratic Party (PD, actually Central-democratic party) is the major obstacle to the progression of a real democratic life in italy. With its extensive network of offices in every major town, its barely-legal connections with unions (often used as ad-hoc weapons), its strong connections with the communist era, heroes and errors this party has been the most important ostacle to the real progress of democracy in Italy.
The obscure, authoritarian party, with its bersanesque rules has even censored his only member able to raise to a level of leadership (Matteo Renzi), possibly able to negotiate with the other political elements on the scene.
The destruction (legal and within the rules of our very imperfect democracy) of the major parties and their money-wasting satelites (the states within the state, completely out of control) could be the most important achievement of this soon-evaporating parliament.
Cut the tap: no more money to the parties.
In this country where the anti-mafia costs more than the mafia where the tax systems kills every days 300 companies to give money to the parasites is finally time to 'starve the beast'.
Possibly more than one.
After the disgraceful and possibly illegal connection Monti-Python-Napolitano at least we can see some light.
Please legally evaluate and let me know whether the rules and taxes applied by Monti-Phyton & his sub-phytons (i.e. Fornero) have a real legal value.
A government, that is not legally elected should not be able to define laws and rules. Most of the recent actions of this barely-legal government (for instance the change in the pension system) should now be evaluated for class action.
Please send suggestions (cardres@abol.it)
