Bankitalia on trial for complicity in the crime of usury

bankitalia_usura.jpg

“On 23 April 2010 the organisation Adusbef {self help group for users of financial institutions} approached public prosecutors to bring a criminal case against Bankitalia {the Bank of Italy} for complicity in the crimes of usury, abuse of office, as well as aiding and abetting, in relation to the infamous circular issued as a follow-up to the anti-usury law 108/96, because it abused its role when it excluded from the calculation of the “anti usury threshold rates”, the “protection money ” of the CSM, that had contributed to the throttling of entrepreneurs and families with really high interest rates, thanks to the prosecutors of Trani that at the conclusion of their investigations, asked for banks, bankers and the top managers in the Bank of Italy to be put on trial. Adusbef is asking for investigations to be extended to other areas throughout the country.
Families and entrepreneurs, throttled by the high interest rates imposed by the banks, were not able to get a hearing in the courts because even though the quarterly interest rates were higher than the anti usury threshold rates (by a good 7 or 8 points on an annual basis) - rates that were set by section 4 of article 644 of the criminal code, as they found an obstacle in the Bankitalia circular, that prevented the inclusion of commission charged on the maximum overdraft drawdown as had been repeated many times in different judgments issued by the Supreme Court.
The Court of Cassation with multiple judgments (n.12028 2nd Criminal Section; judgement n.870 dated 18.1.2006 First Civil Division; n. 46669/2011) uncovered the role of Bankitalia in the usury:

...

For 18 long years, families and entrepreneurs were throttled by the usurious interest rates applied by the banks associated with Bankitalia, and for the first time a Tribunal of the Republic is putting it on trial for ‘the non-independence of the banks’. The families and entrepreneurs have not been able to get justice because even though the interest rates were far above the threshold set down by the criminal code, they found an obstacle in the circular of the Bank of Italy.
Adusbef that presented denunciations even in relation to the temporary governor of Bankitalia, will be an associate in an action with the public prosecutor and it will collect testimony from the families and firms that have suffered usury. It is inviting other public prosecutors to take action in other areas and it is inviting families and firms to come forward with their evidence involving every day abuse perpetrated by a usurious banking system that with the direct complicity of the Bank of Italy, has reduced millions of citizens to financial slavery." David Cammeron that said to be pro Europe has now done a back flip by joining the far Right party of the Anti-euro German AfD in the EU parliament group.

On one hand he says to be for more Europe but on the another criticizes Farage that is a declared anti EU.

So, what do you represent Cammeron?
More or Less Europe?

Anti-euro German AfD joins Cameron's EU parliament group

(Reuters) - Prime Minister David Cameron faced new tensions with German Chancellor Angela Merkel on Thursday after his group in the European Parliament voted to accept Germany's anti-euro AfD party into its political family.

The European Conservatives and Reformists, which Cameron formed in 2009 after withdrawing from the European People's Party, Europe's main centre-right group, voted narrowly in favour of letting Alternative fuer Deutschland into the bloc.

From the conservatives website:

"Only the Conservatives have achieved real results in Europe - cutting the EU budget, vetoing a fiscal treaty that would have hurt our economy, and taking Britain out of the Eurozone bailouts that Labour signed us up to."

so why do you join an anti EU right wing party Cammeron?
