Inserire in tutti i regolamenti edilizi un indicazione che obblighi, in assenza di vincoli strutturali o paesaggistici, la realizzazione di nuove coperture con inclinazione a sud, in particolare sui nuovi edifici ma anche nel caso di ristrutturazioni.
