Finalmente un'occasione pubblica per spiegare bene e ne dettaglio cos'è il MoVimento.
Come è nato, come funziona e cosa riuscirà a fare.
Sicuramente un filmato da vedere tutto!

La prova definitiva che la "rete" riesce a scegliere al meglio: Il programma ed innanzitutto i Candidati!

Bene Roberto hai fatto molto bene!

Io, onestamente, continuo a non capire.

E stavolta di tempo a disposizione ce n'era abbastanza e nessuno interrompeva, a differenza della trasmissione su Canale 21.

Ma rimangono dei BUG anche secondo me, dei GROSSI VUOTI di comunicazione che creano PALESI dubbi sulla capacità del MoVimento di evolversi, una volta chiamato ad amministrare il bene comune, da semplice “MoVimento apolitico di cittadini”, organizzato e gestito soprattutto tramite le rete telematica, in “rappresentanza politica istituzionale”, capace di muoversi e di “fare risultato” dentro un sistema di regole e alleanze partitocratiche.

Si è riproposto per tutta la serata infatti, lo stesso ritornello e lo stesso atteggiamento sintetizzato nell'osservazione della Segr. Reg. dei DS Pagano quando affermò “...ma non è possibile pensare che un assemblea alla Grillo governi città e regioni...".

Questi dubbi vengono fuori soprattutto quando ci si “dimentica” di rispondere a questa osservazione che è LOGICO e NATURALE per un MoVimento come questo, fondato e strutturato già al suo interno sulla “partecipazione dal basso” (sia per la formulazione e la presentazione delle varie proposte e sia per la loro successiva deliberazione), avere tra i suoi obbiettivi principali, una volta eletto e chiamato in Sede Istituzionale, l'implementazione dello stesso concetto di “partecipazione dal basso” anche per il rapporto Regione – Cittadini, introducendo strumenti sia di In-formazione DIRETTA (senza filtri) che di Partecipazione DIRETTA della cittadinanza TUTTA nelle scelte che la riguardano da vicino.

Non riesco a capire come si possa parlare di Democrazia Diretta e partecipativa, di Intelligenza Collettiva, di auto-rappresentanza, di Sovranità Popolare e NON parlare dei REFERENDUM PROPOSITIVI-ABROGATIVI senza limite di quorum, punto n° 1 del programma del Movimento Campania nella tematica "CittadinanzAttiva" (anzi qui riusciamo spesso a superarci, parlando solo delle leggi online 3 mesi prima della loro approvazione, cioè il punto n° 2 della stessa tematica).

NON riesco a capire come si faccia a parlare del controllo e della manipolazione dell'In-formazione quale strumento principale di queste Oligarchie Partitocratiche a qualsiasi livello ordinativo, e poi NON parlare dell'”OPERAZIONE FIATO SUL COLLO".

Come si fa a NON dire che se viene eletto almeno un rappresentante del MoVimento, questo porterà l'In-formazione VERA, senza filtri, direttamente a casa dei cittadini campani, con la video-registrazione delle sedute del Consiglio Regionale ed il loro archivio sul Sito Web Istituzionale della stessa Regione Campania (cosa che già avviene in altre regioni italiane e come lo stesso Meetup NA ha provato a fare per il Consiglio Comunale di Napoli)...?

Si cita infatti un intero Network che entrerebbe in Consiglio Regionale insieme agli eletti del MoVimento, lì dove invece si dovrebbe affermare che entrerebbe l'intera Cittadinanza.

Inutile prenderci in giro, è SOLO focalizzando e comunicando obbiettivi, strumenti e finalità CONCRETE come queste che si “buca” il video e si arriva al cuore dei cittadini/contribuenti/elettori, dando DAVVERO, fin da subito, la REALE sensazione di poter cambiare, votandoVi, non solo le facce, ma un intero SISTEMA.

E invece, paradossalmente, sono proprio gli strumenti/obbiettivi di grande rilevanza sociale e di enorme impatto mediatico, che sistematicamente si trascura di propagandare in occasioni come queste.

Perchè...?

Ho seguito tutto il dibattito e devo dire che ci sono alcune cose da prendere in considerazione nel modo di porsi e nel modo di fare:

1)Secondo il mio modesto parere, si dovebbe fare una piccola introduzione spiegando cos'è la "rete" e cosa s'intende per "selezione dal basso", spiegando che è possibile fare una sorta di refenderum a costo 0(bastava dire questo secondo me per far capire la differenza tra il mezzo "telefono" e il mezzo "rete", cosa che a mio avvison non è stata capita dal vecchio modo di pensare politico), che è possibile avvalersi dell'opinione pubblica di migliaglia di persone in ogni momento senza mettere le mani sui soldi pubblici e soprattutto che la selezione dal basso non è quella che è tipica di un gruppo/partito politico, formato da un certo numero di persone che decide autonomamente chi deve rappresentare il loro partito e non il popolo(quindi il volere di pochi e non dei cittadini).

2)Riguardo al bellissimo termine "maometismo del web 2.0" citato dal "ragazzo con gli occhiali" e del suo eventuale rischio, è una cosa impossibile, perchè non tiene conto che il Moviemnto5stelle e i suoi rappresentanti sono solo una faccia della medaglia e che anche nel migliore delle ipotesi, sarà sempre bilanciata dall'altra faccia della politica attuale, quella degli interessi personali per intenderci che la fa da padrone ormai da 20/30 annni a questa parte nel nostro bel paese.

3)Non si può sottovalutare il potere decisionale collettivo basansodi su accadimenti passati, qundo subentra un discorso evoluzionistico/culturale della società, perchè non credo di dire un eresia, se penso che il livello attuale di cultura "media"(cioè la risultante di ogni singola inelligenza) è superiore a quella che c'era magari 30 anni fa, quindi un modello che non ha funzionato in passato perchè magari la società non era pronata e non ne aveva i mezzi, non è detto che non funzioni oggi, anzi. In proposito mi piace citare quello che per me esprime meglio il concetto, ovvero il PRINCIPIO DI INDETERMINAZIONE, il quale dice in soldoni, che una cosa non può essere veramente nota o appunto determinata finchè non la si conosce o la si sperimenta direttamente. Se Einstein non avesse elaborato la teoria della relatività agli inizi del 900, probabilmente la fisica sarebbe rimasta immutata fino ai giorni d'oggi considerando visionarie e folli teorie simili che oggi ci permettono di avere applicazioni incredibili che ci hanno peremsso di evolvere e di fare nuove scoperte scientifiche.
