Vorrei che si incentivasse l'utilizzo privato e commerciale di soluzioni OUT-OF-OIL e "OUT-OF-ENEL" .

Tutti con fotovoltaico, micro e macro eolico,
micro e macro idroelettrico pulito,
geotermico ben gestito.

Credo che l'esempio dell'ing. De Siano sia di riferimento per l'ambiente.

Chiaramente il tutto va associato ad una politica ANTI-SPRECHI, di efficienza energetica, e di riduzione dei consumi.
Esempi banalissimi : case passive, solo luci LED per l'illuminazione pubblica e privata con adeguati incentivi.

Provate ad intervistare questo ingegnere, per cortesia...visto che è di Ischia....

siete per noi ,abitanti a napoli nord,di chiaiano,marano,mugnano forse l'ultima speranza;l'ecomostro della magadiscarica di chiaiano ci sta avvelenando l'aria giorno dopo giorno,non sappiamo se sia meglio arieggiare le nostre case o tenerle chiuse mentre su di noi è calato il silenzio insieme alla menzogna per cui l'emergenza è cocnclusa.Aspettiamo un incontro con grillo o chi per lui e il nostro appoggio non potrà che essere incondizionato a chi veramente tutelerà l'ambiente e con esso il primo dei diritti umani,quello alla salute.

rispondo a fabrizio che vota de luca come presidente e fico come consigliere ,io voto fico come presidente e senza remore anche se io mi sento di destra ma di una destra che non e' mica questa che ci fanno vedere.Voto il movimento 5 stelle perche in loro vedo l'onesta' quella in cui mi rispecchio io per questo voto fico.

Alle 19 la percentuale dei votanti nei 5 seggi che controllo a Via Manzoni a Napoli è del 30%.
Secondo me il nano avrà una mazzata terribile...

Ciao, mi chiamo Michele e scrivo da Camposano in provincia di Napoli. Oggi sono andato a votare ed ho votato per Roberto e per la Sarli, mai prima d'ora m'ero sentito cos' felice nel votare. Infatti, fino ad oggi avevo votato sempre il meno peggio. Non so se Roberto ce la farà, ma a dispetto di quello che dicono in tanti, comunque vada so che il mio voto non è andato perduto per il semplice fatto che ho votato per una persona onesta e che condivide i miei ideali, i nostri ideali, penso che quando si vota in libertà e con convinzione, anche se si perde, il voto non è andato perso. Sperimo di poter inserire almeno un consigliere, sarebbe davvero bello. Qualcuno sa per caso quanti voti servirebbero?

Volevo ricordare a tutti i candidati alle elezioni regionali, eletti e non, l'obbligo della dichiarazione delle spese eleettorali di cui all'art.2 della Legge 441/1982, sancito dall'art.7 comma 6 della L.515/93 richiamato dall’art.5 comma 4 della L.43/95.L'obbligo riguarda anche quei candidati che per la propria campagna elettorale non hanno sostenuto spese e non hanno ricevuto alcun contributo.

Proposta di Dino Renna sull’acqua pubblica.

So che si sta organizzando una raccolta firme per il referendum sull’acqua pubblica e sono d’accordo. Ci vorrà un po’ di tempo per raccogliere le firme, dopodiché si dovranno presentare, nella speranza che non vengano relegate in un cassetto come quelle del Vday uno e due. Ammesso che il referendum venga concesso, tra quanti anni non si sa, bisognerà sperare che non venga indetto in piena estate, con la televisione e i politici che invitano ad andare al mare, per impedire il raggiungimento del quorum. Bisogna sperare che il 51% degli elettori decida di andare a votare e che voti a favore dell’acqua pubblica, perché con il totale controllo dei media in mano alla casta non bisogna essere certi del successo. Non voglio fare il disfattista, anzi sarò tra i primi a fare la mia parte per la raccolta firme, volevo solo dire che forse si può fare di più e avanzare una proposta.
In alcuni comuni italiani, tra cui Torino, gruppi di cittadini hanno avanzato la proposta di fare introdurre nello statuto del proprio comune la seguente dicitura:
"In osservanza della legge, la proprietà delle infrastrutture e delle reti del servizio idrico integrato è pubblica e inalienabile. Il Comune si impegna per garantire che la gestione del servizio idrico integrato sia effettuata esclusivamente mediante soggetti interamente pubblici".
Lo stesso invito, tra l’altro, è stato rivolto da Grillo sul suo blog qualche settimana fa.
A Montoro Inferiore ci stiamo organizzando in questo senso, tra l’altro per avanzare una proposta del genere basta una petizione popolare che non necessita nemmeno di un grande numero di firme.
L’articolo 20 del nostro Statuto comunale recita:

“Chiunque, anche se non residente nel territorio comunale, può rivolgersi in forme collettiva agli organi dell’amministrazione per sollecitarne l’intervento su questioni di interesse comune o per esporre esigenze di natura collettiva. La raccolta di adesioni può avvenire senza formalità di sorta in calce al testo con l’indicazione degli estremi di un valido documento di identificazione comprendente le richieste che sono rivolte all’amministrazione. La petizione è inoltrata al Sindaco il quale entro 30 giorni, la assegna in esame all’organo competente e ne invia copia ai gruppi presenti in Consiglio comunale. Se la petizione è sottoscritta da almeno 30 persone l’organo competente deve pronunciarsi in merito entro 30 giorni dal ricevimento. Il contenuto della decisione dell’organo competente, unitamente al testo della petizione, è pubblicizzato mediante affissione negli appositi spazi e, comunque, in modo tale da permetterne la conoscenza a tutti i firmatari che risiedono nel territorio del Comune. Se la petizione è sottoscritta da almeno 50 persone, ciascun consigliere può chiedere con apposita istanza che il testo della petizione sia posto in discussione nella prima adunanza utile del Consiglio comunale”.

Non credo che le differenze tra gli Statuti comunali siano ampissime riguardo all’argomento petizioni (tutti dovrebbero leggersi il proprio, per evitare di essere accusati di ignoranza e magari per sfuggire agli sberleffi dei propri amministratori), pertanto la mia proposta è di organizzare in rete una petizione collettiva per presentare contemporaneamente in più comuni possibili (ovunque abbiamo un gruppo minimo di persone disposte a collaborare) la stessa proposta, in tutta la regione o anche in tutta Italia, lo stesso giorno o magari la stessa settimana, cercando di dare risalto mediatico all’iniziativa attraverso Grillo, Favia e qualsiasi altro canale a nostra disposizione. Se riuscissimo a trovare tra gli amministratori la disponibilità all’inserimento del suddetto articolo nello Statuto, anche solo nel 3% dei Comuni dove presenteremo la petizione, o anche nell’1,5%, sarebbe già un successo e un’altra vittoria. Farlo singolarmente non avrebbe la stessa efficacia e risonanza dell’organizzare un’azione simultanea tramite la rete.

Ilfattoquotidiano.it ha lanciato le primarie on line per i sindaci di napoli, torino, milano, bologna e cagliari.
Io ho proposto per Napoli Vincenzo Cenname(ormai ex sindaco di Camigliano(comune virtuoso – 65% di differenziata e risparmio di tariffa) commissariato perchè si è opposto alla provincializzazione della gestione dei rifiuti. La provincializzazione comporterebbe l’affidamento della raccolta dei rifiuti e degli inceneritori ad un’unica azienda che non avrebbe gli adeguati incentivi a differenziare e a ridurre i volumi di rifiuti, ma anzi a bruciare per beneficiare dei contributi CIP6 che dovrebbero andare alle rinnovabili.)

Hands down, Apple's app store wins by a mile. It's a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I'm not sure I'd want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
