sono di frascati....il parcheggio a due piani alla stazione? piantare più alberi in tutto il territorio comunale, stop alle costruzioni di case solo abbattimento e riqualificazione di edifici vecchi o dismessi, obbligare i locali adesso che arriva l estate alla chiusura dopo una determinata ora per permettere ai residenti di dormire! abolire il rally. Fiato sul collo anche nel consiglio comunale di frascati riprendere con la telecamera e trasmettere su internet! obbligo dei pannelli solari sui condomini per il riscaldamento dell acqua più pulizia nelle aree verdi anche a ridosso del parco(strada verso il tuscolo), illuminazione comunale a led (risparmio energetico),risolvere il problema del traffico su via gregoriana la sera dopo le 18:00 vedi incrocio colonna monte porzio (santissimo sacramento), il servizio di navetta istituito per frascati cocciano ecc con autobus ecologici!! a metano! più vigili all uscita delle scuole, frascati contiene una quantità enorme di scuole fra licei medie materne fra le 12.30 e le 14.30 di solito c è abbastanza caos per le strade!.....niente solo qualche idea che mi viene in mente di getto....grazie ciao

Caro Stefano, gran parte delle tue idee e proposte fanno parte del nostro programma amministrativo, in fase di rifinitura. Venerdì 8 verrà presentato insieme alla nostra Lista 5 stelle per Frascati. Basta votarci e ci batteremo di certo per farle succedere queste cose!

Io sono di Montecompatri ma se riuscite ad avere un consigliere, un assessore, etc ... e avrete bisogno di una consulenza ICT, fate un fischio. Io sono quello che e' andato da Beppe a tirargli la giacchetta per promuovere un uso consapevole dello spettro radio ... QUALUNQUE, ripeto, QUALUNQUE cosa diversa da http://punto-informatico.it/1659090/Telefonia/Commenti/dossier-tlc-revolution-3-guardare-avanti.aspx , come ad esempio i soldi spesi da Zingaretti per la copertura Wifi (che era un bando da 500k del 2006, soldi gia' spesi), e' una fregatura per i cittadini. Lista civica Frascati a 5 Stelle Amici di Beppe Grillo.

“FACCIAMO BRILLARE LE NOSTRE 5 STELLE PER FRASCATI”

Raccogliamo l'invito di Beppe Grillo, mettendo a disposizione della nostra città tutta la nostra passione, competenza e trasparenza.
"LA POLITICA E LE COSE CHE NON VANNO BENE SI CAMBIANO DA DENTRO, UNIAMO LE NOSTRE ENERGIE E COMPETENZE, PROVIAMOCI E INSIEME POSSIAMO FARCELA".
Ci proponiamo come lista civica "outsider", senza legami, senza apparentamenti, senza accordi che intende fare da controllore della trasparenza e della legalità nel nostro Comune.
Le Cinque Stelle del nostro simbolo corrispondono a cinque aree specifiche: ACQUA, ENERGIA, SVILUPPO, AMBIENTE E TRASPORTI.
Il messaggio che portiamo avanti da sempre è quello della Democrazia dal basso o Democrazia partecipata dove i cittadini entrano direttamente nella vita politica della propria città per riappropriarsi dei loro diritti e contrastare la logica del profitto, dello sviluppo privo di controllo, della crescita dei consumi. Ecco i nostri punti fermi:
1. PARTECIPAZIONE : Portare le problematiche dei cittadini alla pubblica amministrazione in maniera veloce, efficace e trasparente con l'ausilio di riunioni pubbliche suddivise per quartieri. Fornire strumenti, utilizzando le tecnologie legate ad internet, che mettano in relazione diretta le persone con gli amministratori locali
TRASPARENZA: Chiunque può candidarsi in questa lista, questi sono i requisiti:
1. All'atto della loro candidatura e nel corso dell'intero mandato elettorale, ogni candidato non dovrà essere iscritto ad alcun partito o movimento politico
2. Ogni candidato non dovrà avere riportato sentenze di condanna in sede penale, anche non definitive
3. Ogni candidato dovrà risiedere nella circoscrizione del Comune per il quale intende avanzare la propria candidatura. Per le elezioni comunali dei capoluoghi di provincia, i candidati potranno risiedere in uno dei comuni appartenenti a quella provincia.
IMPEGNI: Ogni candidato si impegna a rimettere il mandato elettorale ricevuto, nel caso in cui, nel corso del suo svolgimento perda o si dimostri non abbia posseduto fin dall'origine uno o più dei requisiti minimi sopra descritti.
All'atto della propria candidatura, la lista provvederà a pubblicare in Rete, in un apposito ed adeguato spazio web, l'elenco dei componenti ed il loro curriculum vitae, con il proprio programma di governo ed istituirà contemporaneamente un blog aperto a tutti i cittadini che consenta il libero scambio di opinioni e critiche con i componenti della lista civica
La lista potrà apparentarsi ad altri partiti o liste i cui candidati non abbiano riportato sentenze di condanna in sede penale.
2. Ulteriori precisazioni:
• Non c'è nessun partito politico a spingerci a questa iniziativa. Noi il sistema partitico lo combattiamo.
• Non saranno effettuati "apparentamenti" pre-elettorali o coalizioni al fine di agevolare l'inserimento nella pubblica amministrazione. Questo non significa che non possa esserci la possibilità di collaborare con i partiti di qualunque schieramento su un progetto.
• Non faremo nessuna campagna elettorale. Non spenderemo soldi per farci pubblicità per non dover chiedere ai potentati di finanziarci: noi vogliamo rendere conto del nostro operato SOLO ai cittadini e non ai comitati d'affari.
Democrazia diretta/partecipativa
La lista si fonda sul principio di democrazia diretta partecipativa. Essa è una
forma di democrazia nella quale il cittadino non si limita a delegare un rappresentante politico, ma
mantiene la possibilità di partecipare attivamente, di proporre e di decidere personalmente sulle
questioni che lo riguardano. Si attua nella completa trasparenza degli atti e delle decisioni e
consente al cittadino, informato in modo completo ed esauriente, di poter esprimere sempre la
propria volontà con un voto consapevole.

Indipendenza dai partiti
La lista crede in una politica trasparente che esclude logiche di partito o di
coalizione ed opera per un'analisi concreta dei problemi e per l'individuazione delle soluzioni più
opportune. L'associazione e la lista si dichiarano avulse da qualsiasi partito o formazione partitica
e ritengono indispensabile la propria indipendenza da essi. I candidati della
lista sono cittadini senza tessera di partito e tale stato è considerato condizione indispensabile per
poter essere candidato della lista. Qualsiasi decisione verrà presa in completa
autonomia e sempre sotto la verifica ed il controllo diretto dei cittadini. Qualsiasi collaborazione o
sostegno (finanziario, gestionale, tecnico), anche se offerto a titolo completamente gratuito, da
parte di individui o gruppi che fanno parte o si riferiscono a qualche formazione partitica, non
verrà accolto per garantire una totale indipendenza della lista.

Laicità
La lista non si ispira ad alcuna religione o confessione; si dichiara libera ed
indipendente da chiese o movimenti religiosi. La lista ritiene che la laicità costituisca un requisito imprescindibile per chi aspira ad esercitare un ruolo politico.
La lista rivendica la propria autonomia decisionale rispetto a
ogni condizionamento ideologico, morale o religioso, credendo che solo un'impostazione
veramente laica e non aprioristicamente schierata consenta infatti di valutare specificamente e
concretamente nel merito i problemi, le proposte, le soluzioni, indipendentemente dalla matrice
(ideologica o confessionale) dalla quale emergono e si manifestano. La lista e la
religione in tutte le sue forme sono dunque, ciascuno nel proprio ordine, indipendenti.
La lista è indipendente da qualsiasi autorità esterna che ne potrebbe
determinare, compromettere o influenzare l'azione. La lista è imparziale rispetto alle differenti religioni e ideologie presenti sul territorio e si dichiara promotrice della
libertà di culto nell'ambito del rispetto delle leggi vigenti; garantisce l'uguaglianza giuridica di
tutti i cittadini senza discriminanti dettate dalle loro convinzioni e fedi. La lista
crede che nessuna parte della società possa prevaricare su un'altra (maggioritaria o minoritaria
che sia) per ragioni ideologiche o religiose.
Legalità
La lista crede in una politica fondata sul rispetto e sull'applicazione della legge,
una politica esercitata da persone che fanno della legalità uno dei loro principi fondamentali. Essa
si impegna per il rispetto delle leggi vigenti e nello studio delle stesse affinché se ne verifichi
l'effettiva utilità, l'assenza di eventuali conflitti d'interessi e le possibili debolezze. Perseguono una
politica di riforme e di snellimento burocratico. Si impegna altresì per la rimozione delle cause
dell'illegalità e non solo per combatterne gli effetti. La lista si batte per giusti e
rapidi processi e perché le pene inflitte dalle autorità preposte siano realmente scontate e siano
veramente utili alla riabilitazione del condannato. La lista accetta la
partecipazione di soggetti che abbiano subito condanna penale e che abbiano già scontato la pena
per favorire il reinserimento sociale a tutti gli effetti di ex detenuti ma ne precludono la
candidatura. La lista crede nell'educazione all'antimafia sociale come strumento
fondante di una società "legale" e combatte quindi la mafia in tutte le sue forme e correlazioni.
Diritti dell'individuo
La lista crede in una politica incentrata sulla persona e capace di trovare
soluzioni specifiche per garantire pari dignità e valore a tutti i cittadini, anche quelli più vulnerabili
e in condizioni di difficoltà (come anziani, bambini, donne, diversamente abili, disoccupati, ecc.).
La centralità della persona viene intesa dalla lista come il diritto di ogni
cittadino alla propria realizzazione personale, nel rispetto della libertà di scelta (in termini di
morale, religione, cultura, educazione, ecc.), ma mediata dai limiti imposti dalla convivenza e dalla
cura del bene comune. La funzione politica esercitata dalla lista è quindi
finalizzata sia al riconoscimento del valore di ogni singola persona sia al coordinamento della vita
collettiva e sociale.

Decrescita felice
La lista intende promuovere la ricerca e lo sviluppo della tecnologia
(innovazioni) indirizzandole al benessere dell' individuo ed al miglioramento del suo habitat naturale e sociale ponendo in secondo piano lo sviluppo fine a se stesso perseguito dalle multinazionali e dai potentati economici che ha come unico risultato lo sviluppo nominale del PIL e l'aumento della ricchezza globale senza ricadute positive per i cittadini. A tal fine la lista persegue una politica di informazione ed educazione del cittadino tesa ad individuare i veri
valori fondamentali della società ed a smascherare le mistificazioni dell' informazione ufficiale che
troppo spesso è falsata in funzione degli obiettivi politici o economici che si prefigge.

Libera informazione
La lista crede nella necessità di garantire un'informazione libera da forme di
censure, controlli e vincoli e liberamente accessibile a tutti, indipendentemente dal proprio livello
sociale o culturale. La lista ritiene che una profonda riforma dei media
tradizionali (radio, tv e carta stampata) debba essere accompagnata anche dalla promozione della
rete e degli altri mezzi di comunicazione autogestiti, in quanto considera questi strumenti
imprescindibili per un'informazione veramente libera, lontana dagli schemi e dai canali controllati
e preconfezionati.

Tutela ambientale
La lista crede che la tutela del territorio e la salvaguardia dell'ambiente
costituiscano un principio primario per assicurare il benessere e la vivibilità dei cittadini.
La lista intende promuovere politiche che riconsiderino nella sua globalità il
processo di urbanizzazione, in relazione a fattori fondamentali quali: il livello di qualità dell'aria, lo
smaltimento dei rifiuti, il risparmio energetico e l'utilizzo di fonti rinnovabili, l'utilizzo delle risorse
idriche, la disponibilità di aree verdi, il livello di inquinamento acustico ed elettromagnetico, ecc.
La lista ritiene fondamentale operare con politiche della prevenzione e del
monitoraggio per evitare di dover gestire le emergenze, così come ritiene necessario adottare
prospettive di medio e lungo periodo capaci di orientarsi e guardare oltre la miopia di esigenze o
richieste contingenti. La lista ritiene che sia un dovere essenziale
dell'amministrazione in politiche di tutela ambientale coinvolgere direttamente tutti gli attori
interessati al processo (i cittadini, le imprese, gli altri enti pubblici) e che essa debba
necessariamente farsi promotrice di azioni positive capaci di stimolare e favorire tali politiche (ad
es. con utilizzo di materiali ecocompatibili, adozione di mezzi pubblici ecologici, riduzione e
riutilizzo degli scarti, incentivi alle imprese più efficienti, promozione delle fonti energetiche
rinnovabili, ecc.).

Trasparenza
Il rapporto tra cittadini ed istituzioni deve essere improntato alla massima trasparenza. Il cittadino
deve avere facile accesso a tutti gli atti dell'amministrazione pubblica ed essere correttamente
informato e coinvolto nelle decisioni che lo potrebbero riguardare.
Tutte le sedute del consiglio comunale e delle commissioni possono essere riprese in web/TV con trasparenza verso i cittadini.
Solidarietà
La lista crede in una politica ed un'amministrazione solidale della cosa pubblica.
La lista ritiene che la propria azione politica debba essere quindi indirizzata allo
scopo di favorire quelle fasce della popolazione che, per ragioni differenti, si trovino in condizione
di svantaggio e disagio. Le politiche dello solidarietà sociale saranno primariamente indirizzate agli
anziani, ai diversamente abili, ai disoccupati e ai precari, alle famiglie numerose, ai giovani.
La lista crede nella possibilità di un superamento del puro e semplice
assistenzialismo, utile per tamponare le emergenze ma sempre insufficiente, in favore di una più
coerente e duratura politica di sviluppo dell'integrazione e della solidarietà sociale. In questa
prospettiva la lista intende promuovere e sostenere iniziative di auto-
organizzazione dello stato sociale.
Un buon esempio, mutuato da La Carta di Firenze
I Comuni decidono della vita quotidiana di ognuno di noi. Possono avvelenarci con un inceneritore o avviare la raccolta differenziata. Fare parchi per i bambini o porti per gli speculatori. Costruire parcheggi o asili. Privatizzare l'acqua o mantenerla sotto il loro controllo. Dai Comuni a Cinque Stelle si deve ripartire a fare politica con le liste civiche per Acqua, Ambiente, Trasporti, Sviluppo e Energia.

Ecco la nostra Carta per Frascati e le sue Periferie:
1. Acqua pubblica.
2. Obbligo per ogni abitazione di collegamento a un impianto fognario, contributi/finanziamenti comunali per smantellare impianti di depurazione privati.
3. Espansione del verde urbano.
4. Concessioni di licenze edilizie solo per demolizioni e ricostruzioni di edifici civili o per cambi di destinazioni d'uso.
5. Piano di trasporti pubblici non inquinanti, percorsi pedonali (marciapiedi) e rete di piste ciclabili cittadine. 6. Piano di mobilità per i disabili.
7. Connettività gratuita per i residenti nel Comune.
8. Creazione di punti pubblici di telelavoro.
9. Rifiuti zero.
10. Sviluppo delle fonti rinnovabili come il fotovoltaico con contributi/finanziamenti comunali/nazionali/europei.
11. Efficienza energetica.
12. Favorire le produzioni locali.

ANCORAGGIO DELLE NOSTRE 5 STELLE NELLA REALTA’ DI FRASCATI

La prima “stella” della lista civica Beppe Grillo riguarda la tutela dell’ambiente.
È chiaro che il tempo a nostra disposizione per elaborare un piano riguardo all’ambiente è così scarso che potremmo scadere nella banalità o nell’utopia.
Perciò crediamo sia opportuno andare ad individuare uno o due punti qualificanti di cui conosciamo bene le dinamiche attuative e di conseguenza proponiamo di caldeggiare il fotovoltaico come elemento essenziale.
Ciò significa eliminare, ove possibile, i cosiddetti vincoli paesaggistici, in modo tale da poter installare sui tetti o terrazze e nei parcheggi (che non sono sotto tutela delle belle arti) dei pannelli fotovoltaici.
Al riguardo l’Ente Locale dovrebbe andare a reperire eventuali fondi sia a livello nazionale che europeo, e ogni altra agevolazione esistente in tal senso.

Interessante anche il software per il traffico intelligente, anche se nell’immediato ci sembra molto facile lo studio di navette di collegamento tra le periferie frascatane e le due stazioni ferroviarie, in special modo nelle ore di maggior afflusso (per esempio il bus direzione Tor Vergata con fermate anche presso l’Enea, INFN e, magari, con qualche corsa fino all’Università).
Perciò sarebbe bello presentare, se possibile, una tabella reale con orari e percorsi.
Non conoscendo la salute finanziaria del nostro comune dire di acquistare navette elettriche mi sembra azzardato, almeno nell’immediato.
Crediamo, infatti, che il programma debba contenere punti realizzabili concretamente.

Altro punto, a nostro avviso, realizzabile e importante è la comunicazione ai cittadini dell’operato della Giunta, del Consiglio e delle Commissioni, attraverso la ripresa diretta dei lavori e un sito web in cui dovranno comparire non solo le iniziative del Comune, ma anche lo svolgimento dei Consigli, con particolare riguardo non solo alla delibera finale, ma piuttosto alla formazione della delibera stessa; ossia, quello che interessa, crediamo, sono i punti di discussione, i pareri contrari, i compromessi raggiunti, in modo tale da dare ai cittadini la possibilità di controllare se i rappresentanti sono stati fedeli a quanto promesso, sapere perché una certa cosa non può essere fatta o chi la ostacola e perché.
Sarebbe inoltre opportuno fissare, almeno 3 volte l’anno un incontro con i comitati di zona/quartiere per acquisire problematiche o consigli da parte della cittadinanza. Ciò significa andare a regolamentare la questione Comitati con relativo accreditamento.

Il problema “acqua” crediamo sia risolto se diciamo: con noi al Comune l’acqua non verrà liberalizzata mai!

Nuove costruzioni e infrastrutture
Dire che non si costruirà più nessuna casa non ci sembra fattibile. Invece, occorre proporre l’introduzione di nuovi criteri di costruzione del tipo “risparmio energia” sull’esempio dell’edilizia di Bolzano. Chi ha visto quel documentario in cui il comune altoatesino costringeva una costruzione fatta con particolari materiali di coibentazione che permettevano un notevole risparmio in calore? Oppure, prima realizzare tutte le infrastrutture (primarie e secondarie, incluso gli allacci in pubblica fognatura e non i depuratori privati) realizzate BENE e poi si metta il primo mattone. E poi non solo edilizia residenziale, ma anche, per esempio impianti sportivi, scuole materne, ecc.
Concessioni di licenze edilizie solo per demolizioni e ricostruzioni di edifici civili o per cambi di destinazioni d'uso e per interventi di adeguamento alle innovazioni tecnologiche ed energetiche.

Come esempio, crediamo sia importante, andare ad evidenziare il degrado che c’è a Villa Muti e dire che ci batteremo per un intervento di ristrutturazione, magari con la formula: IL COMUNE SISTEMA STRADE, FOGNE, ILLUMINAZIONE, AIUOLE, IMPIANTI E QUANT’ALTRO, E I CONDOMINI SI CARICANO LE SPESE DI MANUTENZIONE, DICIAMO DELLE ZONE VERDI, DI EVENTUALI GIOCHI PER I BAMBINI, CON L’INTRODUZIONE NEI VARI REGOLAMENTI CONDOMINIALI DI APPOSITE NORME IN TAL SENSO E CON IL CONTROLLO DELL’ENTE LOCALE. Cercando così di responsabilizzare i residenti.

Inoltre non siamo prevenuti sulla costruzione di nuove infrastrutture al servizio dei cittadini come il parcheggio sotto Villa Torlonia e caldeggeremo un nuovo ampio parcheggio presso la stazione FS di Tor Vergata.
Mettiamo in cantiere anche lo studio di possibili abbonamenti mensili per i parcheggi delle zone centrali o limitrofe per i residenti di Frascati (con particolare attenzione a zone periferiche lontane tipo Cocciano, ecc).

Altro punto qualificante LA RACCOLTA DIFFERENZIATA. Ci impegniamo ad elaborare un progetto di fattibilità puntuale e reale, cantierabile in un anno e a risolvere il problema nella logica: rifiuto zero.

Le nostre Stelle “Acqua, Energia, Sviluppo, Ambiente e Trasporti” per Frascati: in sintesi.
ACQUA ED ENERGIA: L’acqua con noi non sarà mai privatizzata.
Diffusione del fotovoltaico, attuato con libera concessione per i privati. Eccezion fatta per gli immobili di interesse storico-artistico.

SVILUPPO DEL COMMERCIO E IMPRENDITORIA LOCALE: il rilancio del commercio e dell’imprenditoria artigiana locale è possibile attuando una filiera virtuosa che soddisfi appieno le esigenze dei consumatori: facilità di accesso al servizio, ai negozi, con la disponibilità di punti sosta-parcheggi, agevolazioni e incentivi per sostenere l’apertura di piccoli negozi tradizionali e in situazioni di difficile accesso per i consumatori. Istituire circuiti “smart shopping” tra i vari esercizi aderenti locali che premi la fedeltà del cittadino-consumatore.

AMBIENTE E TERRITORIO: Abitazioni eco-energetiche e sicure. Rifiuti-zero. Difesa e valorizzazione del territorio. Qualità dell’aria e della nostra vita!

TRASPORTI E MOBILITÀ: adozione di soluzioni intelligenti e già sperimentate con successo altrove (software applicativi).

INNOVAZIONE E GIOVANI: massiccio ricorso all’impiego di nuove tecnologie e alla formazione e coinvolgimento dei nostri giovani.

SICUREZZA: nessuna amministrazione avrebbe la soddisfazione di poter risolvere da sola questo molto sentito problema locale (es. furti notturni in casa). Occorre: mettere a disposizione dei cittadini le risorse preposte: Vigili, PS e CC perchè soltanto da queste risorse specialistiche può venire un serio piano di controllo e di dissuazione a difesa della sicurezza individuale e collettiva della città.

LO SPORT: le società sportive di Frascati sono è già una bella realtà locale e nazionale (dal rugby, all'atletica passando per la scherma, il calcio, la pallavolo, il basket e mi scuso per le tante altre realtà non citate). Occorre: facilità di accesso allo sport da parte dei nostri giovani atleti e praticanti e più trasparenza gestionale e cura degli impianti pubblici in concessione. Incentivare le manifestazioni sportive in città, in particolare quelle organizzate sugli impianti sportivi cittadini e che rispettano l’ambiente.

MODELLO AMMINISTRATIVO: mettere a disposizione della nostra realtà le grandi opportunità offerte dal mondo globalizzato. Occorre: pensare "globale" ma agire "locale", con studio, competenza e passione.

CRISI DELLA POLITICA A FRASCATI: perchè non si occupa dei problemi collettivi ma risponde o meglio decide sulle esigenze imposte da pochi, e per soddisfare interessi individuali, siano essi di partito che di affari che riguardano i pochi e con scarsa ricaduta sulla collettività. Ciò determina inevitabilmente lo scollamento tra i cittadini e i loro amministratori. Occorre: scardinare questo pernicioso sistema politico-decisionale assumendosi la responsabilità di dire no quando serve e in ogni circostanza capiti ad ognuno di noi. Recuperare un attento ascolto delle esigenze dei cittadini e comunicare con trasparenza le decisioni assunte. Ritrovare una religiosità civica che vuol dire fare politica con passione e come ogni religione, per diffondersi, c’è bisogno di apostoli!

avrei voluto avvicinarmi agli incontri ma mi hanno detto che per aderire alla vostra lista bisognava non aver aderito a nessun partito politico(tramite tessera) per almeno due anni ....io è solo un anno che non ho + la tessera cosi non ho aderito...basta partiti politici ho perso la fiducia...spero che grillo e quelli che sono con lui siano diversi dai soliti "ladroni", spero abbiate raccolto le firme necessarie comunque, ci vediamo al voto :) ciao ciao. p.s. se fate qulche altro incontro dove lo pubblicate? su questa pagina?

Sono una forte sostenitrice di Grillo dall'infanzia e adesso che si stà concretizzando la sua voce sono pronta ad appoggiare la sua lista a 5 stelle sperando che una di queste sia anche quell' aglomerato di case abbandonate a chi vi abita che è "Cocciano"....HA BISOGNO DI AIUTO

Cari concittadini Italiani,

E successo a Frascati!
Un comune del miracolo!
Ieri in piazza San Pietro di Frascati alla “periferia” di Roma e venuto il Grillo e a me sembrava che camminasse sull’acqua. Come un suo antico grande predecessore e comunicatore.
Spero soltanto che per il suo coraggio e la grinta nel dire tutte queste verità, spronandoci ad alzare il sedere dalle poltrone per reagire e cambiare le cose, non verrà martirizzato come era gia successo all’altro.
Noi ci dimentichiamo sempre dei nostri eroi quando sono in vita lasciandoli predicare nel deserto. Da morti poi diventano patrimonio delle campagne politiche dei potenti, le loro parole vengono rubate, lottizzate e trasformate in “testi sacri” e la loro faccia viene sbandierata come simbolo di democrazia e libertà.
Prima sul patibolo, poi sull’Altare della Patria.
La storia tende a ripetersi all’infinito allo stesso modo, ovunque.
Ma adesso BASTA!
Grillo non ci chiede di accettare docili e rassegnati l’oggi per un aldilà felice domani, ma ci chiede di reagire con determinazione pacifica ma coraggiosa per avere un aldiquà libero ed onesto da oggi in poi, per sempre.
Viene nelle nostre piazze, senza scorta, rischiando veramente la vita per dire quello ce dice ,viene oscurato e minimizzato dai “mass-media”, la sua “battaglia “ non viene pubblicizzata, ma alla fine la piazza e piena , gremita. La scintilla oramai e partita e sta divampando a grande velocità.
La gente lo sente e gli da ragione, lo applauda e lo incoraggia. Quel momento diventa magico e il suo sfogo diventa lo sfogo di tutti.
E POI?
E il dopo che dobbiamo essere coerenti e seguire il suo pensiero.
Quello che lui dice e fa non e spettacolo, non e propaganda vuota, non sono parolacce od invettive o denigrazioni indirizzate alla gente per bene.
E la declamazione a squarcia gola della Verità. E la chiamata all’Onestà! E l’unico che ci propone il un giusto condono, quello della nostra coscienza con noi stessi, quello che ci permetterà di guardarci nello specchio e di guardare a testa alta direttamente negli occhi i nostri figli.
E il grillo parlante che conosciamo tutti dal film “Pinocchio” della Walt Disney.
Ma Pinocchio è italiano al 100%. Allora anche Il suo Grillo parlante, la sua coscienza dovrebbe esserlo…Io lo capito ieri. Mi scuso per il ritardo ma lo capito. “Un Grillo per la testa”…
Non si può ignorare la fitta menzogna nella quale i vecchi politicanti ( leggi i “Pinocchi” di professione senza “grilli”), con i loro vecchi partiti e con le stesse facce di sempre ci costringono a vivere. Da padre in figlio. Valido per loro e per noi.
Non si può ridare la fiducia agli responsabili della crisi profonda e globale nella quale ci troviamo sperando che loro possano trovare la soluzione. Hanno gia avuto la loro occasione da decenni e hanno fatto finta di non vedere e non capire fregandosi di noi, fregandoci i nostri soldi, logorando il nostro fisico, la nostra anima e quello che è più grave distruggendo in noi la speranza.
“Tanto non cambia niente…Sono tutti uguali…”
Come si fa a far credere ad una pecora che il lupo che sta divorando il greggio e un cane da pastore? Semplice, travestendosi in cane da pastore! Tanto, oggi con i trucchi televisivi sembra tutto vero. Ci hanno spappolato il cervello!!! Siamo diventati dei zombie divoratori di trasmissioni cocainomane, senza fini intellettuali.
Una volta nel parlamento c’era più vita!
Venti anni fa quando arrivai in Italia ( avevo 28 anni, moglie incinta di pochi giorni - perchè ero sempre incazzato e si vede che mi sfogavo spesso con lei-due valigie, e speranza di trovare un paese libero, dove i “comunisti” rumeni diventati in una note “capitalisti” non avrebbero potuto raggiungermi) o accesso la televisione e ho visto Illona Staller in parlamento. Mi sono detto: “Cazzo qui la figa lo hanno gia liberalizzata! Mi piace!” Mia moglie mi dette una sberla ed allora ho cambiato canale:
Tg 3, della Rai 3. Ci ha presso un colpo a tutti e due. Sembrava il telegiornale rumeno ai tempi di Ceausescu!...Sono tornato sulla Staller, stavolta con l’accordo di mia moglie…Tanto, la moglie intuisce con anni di anticipo quando un tuo sogno non è realizzabile…
Comunque, c’era la speranza. Per il partito “Dell’Amore” della Pozzi avevo gia trovato il giusto slogan pubblicitario “VOTATECI, CON NOI SARETE DI SICURO TROMBATI MA ANCHE SODDISFATI”. Non mi hanno mai contattato…
Ed eccomi qua, dopo quasi vent’anni di residenza stabile in Italia e quasi dieci anni di cittadinanza italiana guadagnata con sudore, fatica, lavoro onesto, tasse pagate e zero giorni di clandestinità di dover scegliere di nuovo…
L’ultima volta ho scelto di non votare ( sarebbe stata la mia terza volta…).
Adesso pero, a 46 anni, non sentendomi più giovane per cambiare paese e sentendomi più italiano di prima ho scelto il Grillo! Interessi personali?

Voglio almeno per mia figlia un mondo diverso, una speranza.
Voglio che mia figlia nata QUI non guardi me o sua madre domani per dire” ma dove mi avete partorito?” Ed io mi ricordo quel giorno come se fosse ieri, perchè ero in una clinica romana in sala operatoria aiutando il ginecologo a fare il cesareo su mia moglie per tirare fuori la nostra ragione di essere…Io ho pinzato e tagliato il cordone ombelicale di mia figlia quel giorno…
Oggi devo far rinascere quel sogno di libertà! Se sono qui e scrivo questo lo devo anche alla solidarietà ed all’umanità di tutti quelli italiani che ho conosciuto, che mi hanno accolto, aiutato e che sono diventati miei amici e poi compatrioti. E quando dico tutti vuol’dire persone serie , lavoratori e professionisti di alto livello, gente con orientamenti diversi ma gente per bene.
Ed è a loro che faccio questo appello di sostenere il Grillo!
E la nostra coscienza. E gia tardi ma non troppo! Credete e provate.
Lasciate stare questo infinito “Brutiful” politico dove no si vedrà mai la fine! Abbiate il coraggio di cambiare attori e regista e lasciate le piccolezze di pochi spiccioli a casa. Ripuliamo l’ambiente. C’è troppa aria malsana e troppi cadaveri nascosti sotto il tappeto ( gli armadi oramai sono zeppi di scheletri!).

Scrivo per lanciare a tutte le Liste Civiche una proposta.

Nel sito www.virtualassembly.org (un portale per fare assemblee on-line molto semplice da

usare e con molte funzioni) ho creato una Sala dal Nome "PROGRAMMA 5 Stelle in Parlamento"

con il logo adattato per l'occasione.

All'interno della Sala ci sono 2 assemblee online, che iniziano l'1 novembre e terminano il

31 dicembre (data prorogabile).

La prima assembea online si chiama come la Sala, cioè "PROGRAMMA 5 Stelle in Parlamento",

dove è possibile pubblicare e votare punti e proposte: quelle che riceveranno più voti

potrebbero diventare parte del Programma del Movimento 5 Stelle per le elezioni
nazionali del (speriamo!!!!!!) 2012.

In più, gni Lista Civica potrebbero creare la propria Sala per il "PROGRAMMA 5 Stelle in

Parlamento" e la relativa assemblea con la funzione di raccogliere e "scremare" con il voto

le proposte migliori da ripubblicare nell'Assemblea nazionale.
E ancora: ogni Lista Civica potrebbe indire, nella propria Sala "locale", un'assemblea

cittadina permanente per raccogliere le proposte a livello locale pubblicate e votate dai

cittadini ...insomma, una democrazia al 100%!!

Vi piace l'idea? A me sembra un'ottima cosa, e il sito si usa molto facilmente.

La sala è già aperta e si può iniziare a pubblicare e votare punti e proposte.

L'altra assemblea si chiama "Elezioni del nuovo Presidente della Sala" per eleggere,

appunto, il nuovo Presidente della sala tra tutti i candidati:
temporaneamente figuro io come Presidente solo perchè ho creato la Sala, ma cederò la

presidenza appena se ne eleggerà democraticamente uno.

Dopo la registrazione, per partecipare entrate con il vostro nome utente e password ed

accederete ad una pagina con un campo di scrittura: per entrare nella Sala basta copiare ed

incollare lì questo Codice di Invito...
